Mexico was on the first places I traveled to seek cultural enrichment (2004). The pyramid at Chichen-Itza is pretty amazing. At close it looks just like a bunch of rock. It can only be truly appreciated by walking to the top and looking down.
Given all the bad stuff going on in Mexico (2016) won’t be going there any time soon. Looking back at the pictures though is tempting to see more. The other part of the trip was enjoying some underwater cycling. Also known as B.O.B. Breathing Oxygen Bubble.
